tcp not working proper in 5 axis machine

i m using the modified generic pp of osai for my simultaneous 5 axis machine.

when i use tcp1 it show positive software overtravel error whenever z is having a positive value.i use uao1.

when i use only tcp with uao1,the xyx axis are ok,but when a and c rotates the programs runs in air.

to use tcp1 i have to change z values in uao1 to make uao1 working.approx -300mm more than tcp.

when making a circular swarf in some big hole say approx 150mm dia,the simulation shows only one rotaion of c axis, but the machine keeps rotaing c axis and the swarf is also of approx double diameter.xy moves very little and c keeps rotating.

its a five axis with infinite C axis rotation mounted on z and a 10 to 90 degree tilting A axis .

please help with the issue.

i attach the pp with this,,please check if any modificatons required in this.

thanking you in advance.
