Strugle no move parts/mesh and asseble for manufacture

Hi, cant understand if Im doing wrong or is just a right procedure to work.

Im still learning Fusion, now Im using manufacture model.

I first, pick my part, make some adjust, create fixtures holes in design.

Then go do manufacture, start create na manufacture model

Most the Times, after driven command and input a fixtures,  i have to break link all the time or i cant move,

Another issue is to find center hope of the fixure. I have to create a center point.

I use align tool most the time... Then appear all the time capture position

Isnt a better way to have só many restrictions to move fixtures?

Capture design dont appears in manufacture model.

The the stock,

My stock from the first CAM model creation, dont align with the second CAM model creation.

I have to duplicado the first One, insert mesh, then delete all toolpath

Hi

Its best not to use manufacturing models unless you are doing something with Sheetmetal, or Arrange or Nesting workflows.

Rather than using Moves and aligns you should be using JOINTS to position Parts and fixtures.

It may be worth going through the self paced learning videos, Understanding the difference between Bodies and Components

https://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/courses/AP-ASSEMBLY-BODIES-VS-COMPONENTS

And using Joints

https://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/courses/AP-ASSEMBLIES-AND-JOINTS

You should ideally have NO Capture positions in your timeline.

In terms of the stock not lining up for one setup to another, this is often due to Trying to Reposition the PART in the Fixture Rather then Moving the Fixture to the Part.

I can make a Video later on explaining the correct workflow

Yes i apreatiate that video if you make it.

Like i Said, i m still learning step by step

My primary work is on powermill and my company want me to learn Fusion in the same time, powermill and Fusion work a little diferent só i strugle a bit.

One question, is not better to use manufacture model when i machine different setups with diferente fixtures?

For example, yesterday

I machined a part with 3 setup, each One hás a diferent position

1st One, the part is hold by a VISE

2st fliped, changed the vise for a fixture tablet

3rd setup i rotated 90° the tablet to drill some SIDE holes

In this situation,i can simply activated the setup and see what was doing in each setup.

Is not better this way for this type of work when i need Multiple setup? Or still better use the normal way (design/manufacture) all the time and use joints?

I tried again, it seems to work better if i use joints instead of aligns

That way, i had the stock in the same position.

If capture position appears in the future, maybe Im doing some thing wrong
