Hello.

I have a.step file downloaded to a radius milling , but in cam I can not activate the radius.
What am I doing wrong?

When selecting boundaries, you are rather limited to edges of features, not the actual feature itself. If you wouldn't mind sharing the part, I could put together a screencast showing how to select edges on your exact part, rather than an example with one of my own part.

To share: File > Export > Save to local folder. Return to thread and attach the .f3d in your reply.

Now, you could select the actual surface if you were defining the Touch/Avoid field, but that's another topic for another thread or reply

Here is a screencast. I've profiled the part with and endmill simply to remove stock from the Simulation model. Second tool coming in is the 3mm ball endmill. I use that to 3D surface mill the radius:
