Siemens 840 D mill/turn post extra D call

Hi Everybody...Working through a new to us machine and Siemens 840 D control.

post out the program and get a few issues. 

If you look at the program down below, There is a D4 after the G54. Where is that coming from?

D4  WHAT IS THIS?  Its giving an illegal edge error.

D4 is a diameter offset of tool number 4. 

You can remove this command in post processor.

If it's the stock post processor, it should be right here:

 

Toss a couple of "//" (minus the quotes) in front of it and that block will be ignored.

You are correct. Found it yesterday morning. Ther are several things I have to modify in this post. Its not perfect, but it will be.
