When I turn on the leave stock with a roughing passes the tool path violates the model.
See attached pics, one with no stock and one with stock turned on.

Also discoverd when you just want to take a finish profile cut and leave stock with no roughing passes it fails to generate any toolpath and you get a yellow warning.

This could be a few things. Do you have your model selected in the set up? If there is a hole or flat you may need to use spun profile.

There are issues reported with the spun profie that could be causing this issue. the workaround is to use Intersect an manualy create the spun profile.

Thanks @jeff.walters I will check it out when I get more time. I will have to rotate the part to see if I can get a good intersection since there are milled flats and radial holes in the part.
Strange that leaving stock is what triggers it???

@jeff.walters, creating a spun profile manually has worked as a work around for this issue.
