Radius Milling Problem

Hello

I have a Problem with the Milling of the following radius.

The cutter is a diameter 3 ball mill, and the smallest radius in the edge is 1,6mm.

On the Simulation you can see it looks good but in real there is no radius on the edges.

Can you help me, do i have the right cycle?

Hi..... Can you share your f3d file with us, so I can take a look ?

• Go to File > Export.
• Select the type as "Autodesk Fusion 360 archive file (*.f3d)

I solve the problem, i have the wrong piece with bigger radius in the edge in fusion 360.

I change it and now its all good 👍
