Keyseat cutter is outsmarting me

I can't tell if I'm screwing up with the tool in the tool library or with the model or with the tool path. I am trying to open the center of a hole up with a keyseat cutter, I think I have the tool correct, it works on the smaller diameter of the hole but crashes going in and out of the deeper, larger diameter of the hole. 

If anyone could figure this out for me I'd really appreciate it.

Hi @tmodcustoms 

You'll need to have the tool lead in and out but plunge in the center of the hole to achieve the undercut region of the hole. I've attached some screenshots using the lead in/out parameters and a screenshot of the toolpath produced.
