"Cannot find the Fanuc Focas 'Fwlib64.dll file." Error when running machine connector.

I downloaded the recently released machine connector for Fanuc. But when I start it, it gives the following error:

I tried adding the location of the machine connector to the path variables but got the same error. 

Is there a separate file that I need to download?
