Hello,
This problem continues to exist (since last year).
When running the simulation we get a collision warning when using the probe.
We do not post anything that a collision warning so having to remove the operation and do it manually is not really acceptable, in my opinion.
I attach a simple test file.
Thank you,
Jorge C
The Probe will often display a collision, it's been a long standing annoyance. There's no "cutting" portion of a probe, so it detects the contact of the probe ball as a collision.
For example, if we set the Probe Mode to "Stock" and select the bounding box that is displayed, no collision occurs, since there's nothing there for it to contact.
In regards to "we don't post anything with collisions", I understand that mindset. But, to me, if I can verify that it's a "false alarm", then I just post and go.
