Post Process Customization

Forgive me, I am noobie and know next to nothing about post processor logic.  I am using the Tormach post and want a few customizations. Is this doable and where would I do it?  

1. Stop the spindle as soon as the last cut is performed in the operation (it currently does not stop until the z is fully retracted.

2. Adjust the z retract height after an operation is complete (doesn't need to go as high as it does now).

3. Turn coolant off as soon as the last cut is performed in the operation and turn coolant back on a cycle start.
