plasma cutting is offset

i'm having another problem which i can't seem to figure out. finally got a g code in post process that works for my plasma cutter. (hypotherm jet).

my problem is though each piece seems to start offset. what i mean by this is lets say i have two squares with a 20 mm gap in-between. for some reason my the gap isn't correct. everything else is right. i have linked a photo and the f3d file swell as a link to the controllers unit i use.

the controllers unit is a chines model that runs the hypotherm plasma cutter.

the photo i have attached has two arrow and you'll see the gaps are not the same
