Nest Extensions Sources Not Working

For some reason I cannot get any of my components to transfer to the nesting extension correctly, following the same procedure that has worked previously.

• All components have only one body, with physical material applied
• Nest prep set up for all components
• Sources in manufacturing space lists all of the components and their material, but does not list the thickness or any other component information. 

I attached screenshots of the components, component physical materials, nest prep, and source components below.

Anyone have similar issues or ideas on how to fix?  The same issue occurs on multiple computers and accounts.

File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d/.f3z file in your reply
