Milling 11* angle with live tooling on doosan 2600y lathe

I'm trying to mill an 11 degree angle with a 6mm endmill but unsure which strategy I should use, whether it be a 2D or 3D. So far I've tried out Face, Parallel and Scallop but no luck. Attached a mini sketch and a model. Preffererably would like the endmill to cut on its side rather than its cutting edge at the end just to speed up the process
