MERGE PRE-POSITIONAL AXES IN ONE LINE

Could someone help me please.

I'm using the standard Okuma Mill post with 5axis properties turned on.

Is there a way to merge X, Y, A, and C pre-positional call out in a single line, and place it after the

(useMultiAxisFeatures)CALL 0088 & G15 H100 lines?

At the moment, it's doing A and C first, then CALL 0088, then call out X and Y on the succeeding lines.
