Manufacturing Toolpath Help

I'm newish to understanding CAM software & I cannot figure out how to change this toolpath. For some reason, the drill bit keeps circling up & down; causing a longer production time &, quite frankly, a lot of unnecessary movements. How can I tell the tool to not reset each time? See reference video below. Thanks in advance!!

From your video, it seems you are using an End Mill to create your hole although you mention a drill bit.  With the Helical Feed it cannot be a drill bit.  Anyway, attached in a model with a 1/4" End Mill creating a 1/2" hole.  I hope it helps.

My error. Yes, the tool selected/being used is an end mill 1/4".  And I can't seem to open the file you attached.

A bore toolpath would be more appropriate:

Would this mean I would need a bore tool path just for the holes? I was hoping to have one tool path for the entire piece, but it's only the holes that are giving me this unnecessary plunge/retract movements.

I do not have any issues with it but I have attached it again.

Yes, it requires multiple toolpaths.  Simply create a folder and put all of the toolpaths which use the same tool into it. Post the folder.

Okay, here's what I'm working with so far. I'm still having issues with the tool retracting/plunging unnecessarily. I attached the file. Thanks all!

Wait, it doesn't look like the free version saves the CAM settings. Once I get the drive to redo the toolpaths for the millionth time, I will post snapshots here. Sorry

I do not think you are correct on this assumption.  I added toolpaths to your model using my Fusion Personal License and do not see any issues.  I am not sharing it since I did them very quick and did not check any settings so I do not want to give you a bad file.

No toolpaths in the file.  Here's the bore and pocket toolpaths:
