Live tool exterior hole pattern help

OK, its been a while since I programmed radial tools on the Y axis lathe but I seem to be having a mental block.

I need to drill and tap 4 #10 set screw holes on the outside of a tool extension I am trying(poorly) to program.  I can't get the spot drill, first in the sequence, to run.

After a futile hour, I've worked myself into a hole where I am stumped.

What am I missing here??

Hi

You had the OD of the part selected as a hole face

You also don't need to select anything for X in tool orientation

Thank you @a.laasW8M6T .  The step I was missing was involving the pattern command.  once I saw this I knew the path forward.

As for the OD being selected as a hole face.  My guess is I was frustrated and not careful on what I selected.

You were a big help.
