Lincoln Electric Torchmate FlexCut 80 Tool Library

Just threw together a set of tool libraries for the FlexCut 80 based on the data in the manual including both the "Production settings," and "Optimum settings."

This organizational structure seemed to make the most sense to me given that Fusion doesn't understand that kerf is subject to change with plasma and lasers based on material thickness even though the same physical tool may be used for multiple thicknesses, and kerf may also change depending on material.
