Lathe, internal chamfer??

Why can't I use a boring bar for an internal chamfer? Would be nice if the error that you have the wrong tool actually told you what the valid tools were. Seem to remember seeing a spreadsheet with this info a while back. I've attached a simple file.

Hi Mark,

We just fixed this issue and it should be released in an upcoming update

Has this ever came about in fusion? I am trying to do this with a internal chamfer boring tool. Specifically the internal edge where I'm parting so hand deburring isn't needed.

Deburring an internal feature in Turning can be accomplished by a variety of different methods, would you be able to share your Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d/.f3z file in your reply.
