Issue with 'bore' toolpath'

Hi guys

See attached.

I'm getting this when I try to calculate a bore toolpath.

Any ideas why it's not calculating?

Hi, I opened your file, but it doesn't want to calculate that bore on my computer either.

"Enabled feature flags: setup-sheet-viewer tool-library-v4-release" just isn't adequately communicative.

Anyone from the Fusion team want to help us understand?

I tried clicking 'tool orientation' like you would on a 5 axis toolpath and clicked the flat surface beside the bore.

It worked then. Weird.

Maybe the model is lying off slightly.

I'm replying from my phone, as my town is without power.
We've been seeing an uptick in these reports. To check alignment of bore:
Construct an axis through bore
Create two "Plane at Angle" to the axis, 90 degrees apart. Use the Measure tool, setting it to "all decimals". Measure the planes to the face of the part

Now that services have been restored, I'm able to take a look at your model. The issue is actually your WCS orientation. You've selected a small line segment on the side of the part, and the toolpaths will fail. However, if you select the face of the part, they succeed:

I'm assuming this is an imported piece, do you know what software it came from?

The error is EXTREMELY small.

This model was produced in Solidworks.

I can see the issue now.
