Hello,

I'm unable to produce a toolpath for roughing turning profile with a grooving tool while it's ok with a turning one. The error it says is Internal CAM kernel error. Please report through your support channel" message in Fusion 360. Spun profile and Setup sheet configuration are enabled in preferences.

Yes, please, as @akash.kamoolkar has requested upload your problem file, if you are not sure how to do this go to :

File > Export > Select f3d format > Save to a location on your computer > Then attach to your reply

Meantime, I have created something I believe is similar to your Model and it does a Rough Profile using a Grooving Tool without issue, see image below and attached example file for you, the settings may be of some help, do you have the "Allow Radial Grooving" enabled in the "Passes" Tab?  🙂
