How would you engrave this?

Hi

 

trying to machine this but wondered if anyone thinks it would be better to use an engraving tool or mill end to do this. 

 

the image on the coin is slightly extruded and I seen a video on youtube of somone making a coin but not sure which is best.

 

I have attached the file if anyone would like a look.

Would think a small ball mill and spiral toolpath. See attached.
