How to setup a tool change?

After setting new tools I select DISABLED for coolant - close the tool window and upon reopening the tool the coolant is set to FLOOD.  Have tried this on multiple tools with same result.  Deleted all tools and re-entered with same result.

This is a known bug that the development team is working on a fix for. Unfortunately, I don't have an ETA on when that will go live. 

If I'm not mistaken, controlling it at the toolpath level does still behave as expected, no?
