How to disable seeing tool after clicking on an operation?

Seems to be a new thing as of this week. When I click on in operation, my mouse now carries around a transparent image of the tool. I'm not sure of the benefit so let me know if you can think of any. It just seems annoying at this point because I'd like to be able to have the toolpath displayed on the part and be able to move it around without having the tool on the screen also.

Picture attached, thanks in advance.

CTRL+T will turn off display of the tool at the cursor point. We've seen some cases where it's turned on by default for some users, but not for others..

The use of it is to provide a means of visual confirmation on the part of the user, in regards to clearance and whatnot
