How to copy machines

in the company, we have multiple computers, each one has one email account.

 

for example, i was working in computer account "66", had all my machine inside

i export the machine in .f3z

 

then, open computer "45" try to import machine, the machines has no settings on it. how to copy all the machines without loosing data?

To start the conversation: are all members using a Team Hub? If you have 3 "people" as shown in the image below, then you are on a Team hub.

Next; you need to all have access to a shared folder. There are folder permissions that may need to be set, but once you have them established, you will have a place where you can save the Machine Definition files. You'll also want to turn on Cloud Folders which will allow you to store all your post processors and tool libraries in the cloud, which would be accessed by everyone on the team.

i have to check it tomorrow at the company, but i believe is not

 

usually were has 3 men simbol, i press and list all the computers i have acess

I activate cloud, then I copied my machines to cloud, in a different computer, I enter my account, I can access my projects,  but tool library and machine won't appear

Could you capture this in a screen shot or (even better) a screen recording?

 

The machine won't be stored in the Assets folder, but in a Project folder. Make sure you have the Permissions set correctly to see that project.

 

The tool library should be visible to you unless you have some filters active, make sure those are turned off.
