How can we prevent undesired program recalculation generally software prompts after model is modified/ changed?

For generating toolpaths model is modified as per the requirements (Patching, additional stock etc.) and toolpaths are calculated. if these changes are removed and model is rolled back to the original state then for generating next toolpaths software asks for toolpath recalculation.

Are you creating these features in a separate component and then selecting them on a per toolpath basis? I find this best. Fusion will always want to recalculate toolpaths if it sees something has changed to do with that toolpath (the model for example).

 

You can "protect" toolpaths by right clicking on the toolpath and select protect. This might help too.
