How can I automatically create a setup sheet when I run my custom post?

I have a custom post that was created for me by the Fusion 360 team a few years ago. I'd like it to create a setup sheet every time I run my post processor. I searched the forums for an answer and the only thread I found was from 2011 and talked about using HSMworks. 

Have any of you managed to get this working?

As a Autodesk reseller we have implement this option several times with the standard Sheet Setup, but also with custom Sheet Setups.
