Hello, I am attemping to turn the chamfer/groove seen on the front face of my part. I have face profiling checked and face grooving check, I've tried a few different tools, offsets and confinements. Still no joy. Does anyone have any ideas?

After a few more tries I'm getting the error "Invalid tool angles". I have tried changing the tool angle around and it still says the same thing. Shouldn't the toolpath be able to move to adjust for the tool angle?

I have found that the "easy" workaround for the tool angles issue is to Allow Grooving in the tool definition tab. I believe this can be limited with confinement. Not saying it's ideal but it should get you cutting at least.

If you want to export the file as a .F3D I'd be happy to take a look at it. If you don't want to share it publicly, you can email it to me at steinwerks@gmail.com

It would appear it my local version of Fusion is having problems. It won't open today so I tried making this toolpath on my other computer and it worked! Looks good. Thank you.

Looks like you got it figured out before I had a chance to look, even! Smiley Happy

I've left the project now.
