Fusion 360 CAM - Thread milling - Unwanted tapered tool path

Hi all.

Had an issue today that seems like a bug. Am keen to know if anybody has experienced or reported the same.

I did a simple 2D thread mill tool path for a 1/2"x20 UNF hole and during simulation discovered that the tool path was tapered (ie: cutting a tapered thread likle say an NPT thread where the tool wasn't touching the hole walls at the bottom of the hole but cutting full form closer to the top).

I thought I would find the answer in the Passes or linking tabs but there really is no option for selecting a tapered thread tool path or any way of modifying the helix angle as you would during Adaptive or pocket clearing etc.

After much head scratching and a process of elimination I found that by selecting "In computer" as my cutter comp option the tool path went back to a parallel tool path. Sure enough, changing the option back to "In controller" generated a tapered thread tool path.

This doesn't make sense to me. Is this a bug?

I have successfully thread milled with the "in control" option selected previously without this issue.
