False Collision Reproduction

@seth.madore Here's the reproduction for a false collision that I had mentioned in another thread (https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-manufacture/warning-unable-to-transfer-stock-position/m-p/...).

reproduction model:  https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-manufacture/warning-unable-to-transfer-stock-position/m-p/...

To reproduce I created a fixture on both sides of a part to be machined (in this case just cube bodies for simplicity).  A typical setup I use when machining two sides of a part.  The second setup continues rest machining from the prior setup, and has the fixture body setup setting set appropriately (one fixture body for one setup, and the other for the other setup).  When a tool moves through the fixture from the first body it signals a collision.

Expected behavior I think would be for no collision warnings for bodies that are not marked as a fixture in the setup.  It seems that removing the continue rest machining option also removes the false collision.

Thanks, let me know if I missed anything!
