Editing postprocessor for Fixed Angle Head in X axis and Y axis

Good day, I have a new Haas Vf-9 and a fixed angle head, 90°, so I want to program it in Fusion or Inventor CAM, for drillinf and machining. I know the post processor needs to be edited. Some people from the forum had the same issue, I tried some advices but didnt work. 

The post processor I am using the the Haas NGC, or it could be the pre-NGC also.
