Custom material and packaging preset

I'm trying to create a packaging preset for all the different materials we keep in stock so that I can quickly add them into my Process Material Library when I begin to nest all of my parts. Every time I try to add in all the materials into a new preset it only sets one of the materials. I can only ever get it to populate one of the materials within the Remote Material Name column. I have some photos attached to help demonstrate this issue.
