Contouring a hole problem

When I try to contour this hole, the center of the tool goes along the edge, and this is wrong because it results in a larger hole 

I want my .1875 endmill to contour the hole. I picked the bottom circle as my closed chain. What am I doing wrong?

Hi

you have the comp type set to "OFF" 

it should be in computer

Having it off means the tool centerline follows the contour

also FYI but you can either re-use a NCProgram, or have it set to not create them everytime. Relatively new feature.
