Cloud postproccessor- and tool library lost

I've been using Fusion 360 since 2014 and I think I can say I'm an advanced user. On top of that I've a BSc in Computer Science so I'm able to solve most of my problems on my own but now I'm stuck.

For some reason both my tool library and PP library is empty! (No, I didn't delete it by accident). I've not saved a backup to my custom PP for ages so it seems like I've lost a lot of work.

Have any of you experienced the same?

I've tried to turn the "Enable cloud library" on/off.

Looked through all the subfolders in Assets.

What I'm starting to do is to open my models, there I can open the tool library (for that specific model) and duplicate the tools to new cloud library. The tools that formerly were in my Cloud library. But I don't see any solution for the PPs.

Can someone give me an advice how to get it back?

Do you work alone, or are there other members on your Team? Do you use multiple computers and logins?

I work alone but I use multiple computers. One in my main office, one in the workshop and the third at home.

But I always use the same account. When I log in on different computer I just select the option that represent something like that: "Log out of other computer and save work to recovery file".

Hi -

I think you're saying that you don't see the posts in the CAMPosts folder of your Assets project. Is that right?

Have you checked the trash can?

I'm saying that my custom post processors that were saved in the cloud, disappeared somehow.

Yes, I've checked the trash can.

Not sure why that would happen -- and if they were removed, they should be in the trash. One thing to check: there's a "backup" folder maintained in the local cache area on your machines that use the cloud library files. You may find copies there that could be uploaded.

Check, for example, %localappdata%\autodesk\autodesk fusion 360\<userid>\W.Login\M\Backup.

Unfortunately my posts were not there. Made a *.cps seach in localappdata%\autodesk\autodesk fusion 360 without success.
