Chamfer CAM Path missing sections of curves

Hello , 

Can anyone help me out with this?

Not sure why many sections I have selected the top edge for chamfer toolpath and it misses sections. 

This is across many parts very frustrating. 

I have been through every setting, I think its maybe a bug?

Open up your tolerance from .0004" to .002"

I had to bump it down to .005" to get rid of all of the missing part.
