Bosch 1617 router tool holder

My DIY CNC uses a Bosch 1617evs router for milling. Is there a preconfigured tool holder in Fusion 360 that corresponds to the collet chuck on this router or do I need to create a custom tool holder for it?

That tool holder isn't in the default library so you'd have to add it yourself if you wanted it for collision detection (you may be able to find it in a tool manufacturers library but I'm doubtful about this specific toolholder). Tool holders aren't essential though if you give yourself some extra clearance around clamps and things.

I don't think there will be a preconfigured holder. Although, for the amount of time and effort it takes to model it up, it would be much quicker to just model it approximately in your tool library rather than contact tool vendors for the model. And as james has said, give yourself extra clearance on the tool length and you should be fine.
