Air-milling on 3D Adaptive

I have a custom shaped stock and when I use 3D Adaptive to make a rough milling for the part I get lots of air-milling because Fusion thinks that stock is just standard square box.

I have also tried "rest machining" and add the SOURCE to my custom stock.

This way I got rid of air milling but can't get the whole 3D contour to be milled.

I just don't get the tool go deep enough.

What I'm doing wrong here...

It looks like you should have 2 adaptive toolpaths. One for the taller section then one for everything once the tall section has been machined.

Otherwise File>Export>*f3d and attach your file so we can see your settings. Pictures dont do much.

Machine Cavities  - on Passes section did the trick.

I got it work with single 3D-adaptive flow and without air cutting.
