Hello.
After today's update there were some changes in the 3D adaptive strategy, which are not mentioned anywhere.
There are screenshots of the operation tab and the toolpath that it generates.
The toolpath Fusion generates now is cutting the areas, which were already cut before. Previously it helped to increase axial stock, but the toolpath remains the same.
Any comment on this problem?

yes I have just been dealing with this and may have a possible solution.
Can you try exporting your user defaults, re importing and then restarting Fusion?
Thanks,@a.laasW8M6T .
It worked, but don't you think that's a bit weird solution for this problem?
It is, I only discovered it about an hour ago.
There was a change the was done to the UI(removing the dropdown menu) that theoretically shouldn't have changed anything but for some reason the defaults aren't correctly migrating to the latest update and it causes the Adaptive with rest machining to work backwards to as intended.
So a bit more info
using "Ignore Stock Less Than" with a positive value behaves the same as the old "Ignore cusps" Setting that is gone.
and using a negative value behave the same as "Machine cusps"
using 0 will behave "As computed"
@a.laasW8M6Tthanks for the explanation! Previously, standard settings were working as intended and I've never changed the parameters from missing drop down menu. Also "Ignore Stock Less Than" is missing drop down explanations of what the number there means, so I didn't even think you can input a negative value.
