adaptive rest machining

When i try to use an adaptive path to remove material for a second time, this is the toolpath i get. its ridiculously huge. For some reason it creates this massive toolpath around an unidentified stock size.

Is it 2D adaptive or a 3d one, Needs more data to tell what is the real cause, Can you just share your model to us

File > Export> .F3d and re attach to this thread

its 2d adaptive.

is it the 2nd 2d adaptive in setup1 (3) ?

Yes i believe so. it creates this massive toolpath all around the outside of the part.
