4th axis Z depth crash, simulation not depicting it???

Doing some engraving on a 4th axis part having issue with the Z going way to deep 1.2 inches into the part.

The simulation looks fine but when you post it and search for a Z of less that the radius of the part, it's way off.

This is the first issue that I've had that makes me not trust the simulation...

any help is much appreciated.

here are all the files.

"Generic HAAS - A-axis" from HASS.

do you have a recommendation for a different post processor?
