Using a simple 2D Contour Wrapped toolpath, every looks good in toolpath preview and simulate.
But when I post it using Haas Pre-NGC 4th Axis Post, I get continuous A-Axis (4th Axis) rotation.
The toolpath should be approx 3 inches of movement in the X axis, then A axis rotation from approx 63 degrees to -63 degrees, then moving X axis back out again. (see attached screencast)
Any ideas? I have origin set to center of a axis
Nevermind - I was confused. The small A axis moves are for the radius
