Hello everybody,
As you can see I attach a simple 3d part made in inventor but converted into a step, I would like to know what is the best position to print this piece with carbon fiber material (ABS), taking into account that this material will not be subjected to a heavy workload since the function it has is only to cover an electrical equipment but can be subjected to falls from 1 mts.
As said before the 3d will be more or less static but talking with the technicians of the company they have decided that a better 3d printing position is at 180 degrees that is to say that the whole face is supported (Horizontal Position) and not only the bottom (Vertical Position), the problem is that when the face is touching the bottom the fillet that was made to enter another piece will be almost impossible to do.
