Machine builder - not working or accepting changes to kinematics

Hi

Is anyone else experiencing this? Had it working(-ish) late last week and now unable to get anything.

I am unable to change C axis to be called B axis
Unable to have the machine appear in simulation

Simulation has error (maybe to changed kinematics)

Unable to see machine in builder therefore unable to setup kinematics and check movement
Unable to get Z height correct on C (B) axis

Will delete relations for stock position

I burnt nearly 10 hours on it over a couple of days and now it is just doing my head in.

Any help or input would be appreciated.

Cheers,
Ariel

Hi @Ariel

Possible to send the F3d file of the machine So that i can take a look into it.

Feel free to send a DM if it needs to be private

I am unable to share the model. The simulation of the movement works fine in the machine model but when imported into the part model, I am unable to see the model in machine builder so all the setup and position are empty.

That picture has some confusing details

There appears to be no machine model actually in that file, also why is the part in the machine builder file?

You create the machine and then select it in a separate file in a setup, the part shouldn't be in the machine model, neither should the workholding(other than the zeropoint bases attached to the machine)

That is exactly my point. When I select the machine I am unable to see the machine in any part

The part file is not in the machine file. The machine file is seperate. I am in machine builder of the part model to show what I am seeing, or not seeing in this case.

The machine model is not in the part model. I am in machine builder in the part model to demonstrate what I am seeing, or not seeing in this case
