2d contour not machined warning

I'm having trouble understanding why I'm getting a warning on the 2d contour in this file: https://a360.co/2Rj4h14

I went through the forums and made adjustments to tolerance and leads, but to no avail. Any guidance on how to troubleshoot this?

Sure no problem. Here's an image of the error as well as the parts I'm cutting outScreen Shot 2018-11-27 at 3.27.28 PM.pngScreen Shot 2018-11-27 at 3.27.14 PM.png

The tool will not be cutting all of what is selected the dog bones get missed, the 1/4in tool does not fit into the dog bone a 1/8 does and the error goes away.

Also in you set up the is nothing selected for the model body's.

For additional fun, crank the tolerance down to .0005" and the cam path goes very wonky, lot's of large false cuts. Further, the profiles of the parts you are selecting are not true silhouette of the parts and you will not be satisfied with the results (lots of material cut where it shouldn't be). Turn on Stock in the Simulation and you will see it

Unless of course you know this already and it's intended...

Hi @samgaddis,

First of all, it doesn't fit into the small corners (That's the message).

Second, you haven't selected the correct contour.

It is milling into the part at some places.

See the 2 issues below.

Switching to a 1/8 bit worked like a charm. Thanks all!
