In the image below you can see the toolpath(with cutter comp on at the control) follows the geometry like it should until the radius get smaller. The tool is .25 and the radius is .26 so there really shouldnt be a problem there. obviously not the best scenario, but it should cut this toolpath right? at first i thought it was a setting i had set. so i did a 2d contour from scratch, added my tool and it gave the same results! Please help!
