2-D Adaptice Clearing leaves stock

I don't understand why it won't clear my stock.

I'm trying to do adaptive clearing on this part. If I click on the geometry it will clear on top of the geometery, but leaves the excess stock around it.

If I select the checkbox for "Stock Contours it appears to select the contour of my stock, but when I click OK I get an error with "Empty Toolpath".

What am I doing wrong?

If I had to wager a guess (without seeing the file) I'd bet that it was being caused by those fillets.

So it sounds like I'm doing it right, but maybe there's some issue with my model? I tried doing a bounding box around it but that didn't work either, so I just got around it by doing a contour and leaving several mm of stock that it cleared out all the excess stock before doing the adaptive clearing.

OK, I figured it out. Fusion 360 must have had a problem because the bottom contour I was selecting wasn't closed. If I choose the top contour and set my heights appropriately it works properly.
