X backing out to far at start

At cycle start X is going from 0.00 (center of part) to 1.6?? and begins to cut air. I have Mach3 set to Radius mode. I am using Fanuc turn for post.

The fanuc_turning.cps post only does Diameter mode, not Radius.  My lathe control is radius only (with negative x coordinates) so I had to deal with this a while ago.

Take a look at the following line in the post file.

var xFormat = createFormat({decimals:(unit == MM ? 3 : 4), forceDecimal:true, scale:2}); // diameter mode

You should just need to change 'scale:2' to 'scale:1'   -- or just get rid of the scale:2 part completely.
