Turning back of sphere - Neutral tool

Am I missing something? I've roughed the front of a sphere with a Neutral RCMT and all looks good. Now I want to rough the reverse side before applying a finishing pass from the very front to very back (in one cut), the problem is that F360 won't allow me to cut the reverse side without selecting a LH tool... please tell me what I've missed. I've played around with the back to front etc. but all to no avail.

TIA

Andy

@a.hackney just a guess but have you set the grooving parameter to "allow radial grooving" or "allow radial and axial grooving"? If you've already done that then please attach your file here so i can take a look.

@a.hackney this is a known issue with round inserts that we're currently working on fixing. a temporary workaround is to use the insert without a holder and you should get the correct toolpath.
