Trouble With Manufacturing Cutting Toolpaths

I've got a plate I'm trying to cut with a torchmate plasma cutter.

I've downloaded the most current post processor.

I've setup a cutting toolpath using the cutting 2d profile toolpath from the manufacture tab.

The toolpath simulation looks good in Fusion360.

When I go to run it in the Torchmate control everything is working as expected but some of the tool path is missing.

If anyone has run into this before any help would be great. I've run the post process on both my mac and windows to see if that was the issue and it doesn't appear to be. I've also tried deleting the tool path and starting from scratch but I seem to get the same results.

When I run the file in Torchmates control software I get no errors and everything runs. It's almost like when I post process some of the toolpath running in the simulation on Fusion isn't getting posted into the final file.

Please export and share your Fusion file.

File > Export > Save to local folder. Return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

That file didn't have the toolpath in it. I've re-done the toolpath and also post process.

See attached.

Was there a solution for this as I'm having a similar problem with a laser cutter. In simulation mode it show the cutter following the correct path but following post process with Grbl Laser it misses 3 out of 24 features. I am new to Fusion 360 and laser cutting.

Just an update- Its not a problem with Fusion 360. The problem happened when I ran the toolpath from a memory card in the laser cutters hand controller, however when I ran it directly from the computer, from the same memory card, there were no problems. The funny thing is that however many times I saved the file and used from the hand controller the mistakes were in the same place.
