Toolpath generates fine when set to "both ways" but throws "Error: CAM kernel died unexpectedly." when choosing to only up mill:

There seems to be something going on with it set to "UP" milling. If the intent is to mill in an UP fashion, turn it to RIGHT compensation and set it to BOTH for Up/Down milling. All the passes will be created in an UP fashion:
