Tool Path arrows are Gray and fixed

I have cut paths that are on the wrong side but I can't get these gray arrows turned off and they are not clickable. I go back to design and re-extrude then switch to manufacture and there they are already displayed and seemingly locked it.

When you select from a sketch, there is no individual adjustment for left/right, it determines the side based on surrounding sketch elements. If this is incorrect, you should manually select your chains which will give you individual control over each element

The source of this sketch has also tossed in a couple of artifacts that are going to cause you some grief as well:

It doesn't appear that we are able to delete them, so it might require you to do some manual reconstruction of the imported sketch
